  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items without tags or packaging

How to Return

  2. Receive authorization - We'll provide a return number (RMA)
  3. Ship it back - Pack securely with RMA number on package
  4. Get refunded - Refund processed within 5-10 business days after inspection

Return Shipping

  • You pay return shipping for standard returns
  • We pay return shipping if item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Refund Details

  • Refunded to original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear

What You Can Exchange

  • ✓ Different size of same item
  • ✓ Different color of same item
  • ✓ Defective or damaged items
  • ✓ Incorrect items we sent

Exchange Process

  2. Receive authorization - We'll provide exchange number (EAN)
  3. Ship original item back to us
  4. Receive replacement - Shipped within 1-2 days of receiving your item

Exchange Shipping

  • Standard exchanges: You pay return shipping, we cover shipping replacement
  • Defective/wrong items: We cover both ways with expedited shipping

Price Differences

  • Higher price: You pay the difference before we ship replacement
  • Lower price: We refund the difference

One Exchange Per Item

Each item is eligible for one exchange only. If replacement doesn't work, return it for a refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will:

  • Provide prepaid return label
  • Ship replacement with expedited shipping, OR
  • Issue full refund including original shipping
