- Receive authorization - We'll provide a return number (RMA)
- Ship it back - Pack securely with RMA number on package
- Get refunded - Refund processed within 5-10 business days after inspection

- We pay return shipping if item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange Shipping
- Standard exchanges: You pay return shipping, we cover shipping replacement
- Defective/wrong items: We cover both ways with expedited shipping
Price Differences
- Higher price: You pay the difference before we ship replacement
- Lower price: We refund the difference
One Exchange Per Item
Each item is eligible for one exchange only. If replacement doesn't work, return it for a refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will:
- Provide prepaid return label
- Ship replacement with expedited shipping, OR
- Issue full refund including original shipping
